Our little Baltic Sea commitment concluded

The aim of the project “Our little Baltic Sea” was to teach to the children at Daghemmet Björnen about the Baltic Sea, its animals and plants, not forgetting to teach why the ecosystem is so volatile and how the children can protect the Baltic Sea.
BSAG’s Chairman of the Board, Ilkka Herlin, who has himself spent his childhood in Kirkkonummi, acted as the godparent of the day care center’s Baltic Sea project.
The Swedish day care center Daghemmet Björnen is located in the beautiful Långvik costal area in Kirkkonummi. The parents’ association of the day care center, Daghemmet Björnens föräldraföreningen rf., committed to tell the children about the Baltic Sea and what to do to save it. The commitment was made in the beginning of the spring term and is now concluded.
