A report about sustainable use of resources in the Baltic Sea Region has been published

Baltic Impulse –project cluster has published its report about what sustainable use of resources could be in the Baltic Sea Region. Funded by EU’s Baltic Sea Region Programme 2007-2013, the cluster got 15 partners representing nine different projects all aiming at the protection of the Baltic Sea.
 The projects focused on protection of the environment in agriculture, waste water treatment, water framework directive, hazardous substances and stabilizing contaminated stratums.
Sustainable resource management for a healthy Baltic Sea –synthesis report is distributed at “A Greener Agriculture for a Bluer Baltic Sea” -conference (www.gabbs.eu) on 27-28.8 in Helsinki.
The report can be found in electronic format on up right of this page and on theintroduction website of the project.
Baltic Sea Action Group acts as the leader of the Baltic Impulse –cluster and the management group consists of Finnish Environmental Institute (SYKE), HELCOM and Aarhus University. The cluster runs until the end of September 2013.​
