Constra Group will help BSAG to develop its skills to negotiate and collaborate with its stakeholders in a way that promotes trust, cooperation and value creating in coordinated efforts to work for the well being of the Baltic Sea.

Constra’s aim is that the employees of BSAG will have advanced skills to be able to better promote the cause of the Baltic Sea by having better tools and understanding how to negotiate in a way that enhances BSAG’s efforts of getting and maintaining commitments from various organizations to benefit the cause of the Baltic sea.

Constra Group will include to its trainings that the environmental (and when applies Baltic Sea) aspects should be taken into account also in business negotiations.
