Continued support to Baltic Sea Action Group in selected strategic topics (e.g., the work done in bioenergy and reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus waste in St. Petersburg area).

Permanent reduction of eutrophication caused by excessive inputs of nitrogen and phosphorous. In addition, selected support in other strategically important topics for BSAG.
