Description:

Supporting and advising BSAG in various issues on the protection of intellectual capital such as the protection of trademarks (BSAG and BSAS) and domain names.

The objective of this commitment is, inter alia, to ensure that BSAG remains free to operate within the Baltic region under the BSAG and BSAS brands and thus to continue its work for the protection of the Baltic Sea.

General legal advice on intellectual property related matters (with pro bono quota and reduced rates)

Advising on

– the protection strategy, filing trademark protection for the “BSAG” trademark in the EU, Russian Federation, Belarus and Norway.

– the protection strategy, filing trademark protection for the “BSAS – Baltic Sea Action Summit” trademark in the EU, Russian Federation, Belarus and Norway.

– domain name issues, especially with regards to obtaining bsag.org from third parties and prioritizing portfolio (with pro bono and reduced rates).

Maintaining, supervising and monitoring renewals of trademark registrations.

Commitment has an indirect impact on the Baltic Sea.
