Elena Belle

Elena Belle is BSAG’s service manager, and she also handles fundraising activities.

Small streams become great rivers that flow into the sea, and this river is Elena’s contribution to the Baltic Sea.

Financial management, marketing, office routines – Elena is responsible for hundreds of day-to-day tasks that support the foundation’s activities and the implementation of its strategy. Elena is also the contact person for fundraising activities, such as school fundraisers and Christmas campaigns.

Elena has a master’s degree in information management and over 20 years of experience at international companies. Her duties have included information management, the coordination of training programmes and projects, HR management, marketing, customer service, and general coordinator and executive assistant positions. In 2012–2013, Elena was BSAG’s Information Officer and a project team member for the Russian Baltic Sea Forum. Since then, Elena has increased her professional expertise with studies in project management at Aalto Pro and online studies in sustainable development at the University of Moscow. She returned to BSAG in 2016, and is now the foundation’s service manager.

In her free time, Elena enjoys reading, Nordic walking in the forest, and attending cultural events. For more than 15 years, she has also practiced various time management methods that support her work and help her keep everything under control. She also has a sharp eye for the details that can turn routine tasks into a beautiful string of pearls.
