Companies support BSAG through financial donations and other forms of collaboration. The scale of each partnership and the company’s contribution depends on the partnership model and the company’s objectives.
The Baltic Sea Commitment is a carefully designed tool for advancing corporate sustainability, and it always includes a financial donation to support BSAG’s work. Each company determines the amount of its own donation, which remains confidential. Depending on the size and scope of the company, annual donations have typically ranged from €20,000 to €100,000.
For other forms of collaboration, such as donations or in-kind partnerships, companies decide what level of financial support, expertise or other resources they wish to contribute.

BSAG offers a range of partnership models that help companies reduce their impact on the Baltic Sea, advance their sustainability goals and contribute to a more sustainable future.
Our flagship partnership model is the Baltic Sea Commitment. We help your company identify its biggest impacts on the Baltic Sea and take concrete steps to reduce them. Every Commitment is tailored to the company and lasts at least three years, as meaningful environmental change requires long-term commitment. Throughout the partnership, BSAG supports the company in implementing actions and achieving its sustainability objectives. The Baltic Sea Commitment also includes a corporate donation to support BSAG’s work.
Companies can also support BSAG without making a Baltic Sea Commitment. We welcome a variety of donations and in-kind contributions, including:
